BIO
As a coach, Helen combines 20 years’ professional experience in advertising and start-ups with her academic background in psychology and neuroscience.
Helen trained as a coach at the Association of Executive Coaching, the NeuroLeadership Institute and the British School of Coaching and holds a Masters in Psychology and Philosophy from Edinburgh University.
She ran the Female Founders Accelerator programme supported by J.P.Morgan, that helps women-led businesses to scale their ventures.
Prior to working with start-ups, she spent a decade in advertising at creative and digital agencies such as Leo Burnett and Draw (now Oliver Wyman Digital), working internationally with clients including P&G, LVMH and Estée Lauder.
Helen has championed women at all levels in their careers. She is a mentor at the Allbright, the renowned Female Careers Organisation, and was board chair of a charity set up to improve internet safety for women and girls.
